The condo is one level without stairs but you can only access the condo via a flight of stairs sadly making it unsuitable for wheelchair access.
This condo has the perfect location, just a short 2 block walk to downtown. Walking access to restaurants, Art Galleries, nightclubs, the casino, the convention center, museums, walking tours and so much more.

We know your pets are your treasure and we welcome dogs and cats to the house so long as they are not puppies and kittens, not sick and are well behaved.
We do charge a $150 Pet Fee to cover the cost of steam cleaning all soft furnishings and rugs as we do have Guests with pet allergies.
We have a dog door to an exclosed back yard and include bowls. Please be sure to clean up after your pet. Leashes are required for walking around the area.
The swimming pool and spa are heated for free.
The Pool is heated to 85 degrees from 01 October - 31 May.
The 2 spas are heated to 99 degrees in one and 102 degrees in the other.
The pool and spa are managed by the property. Please obey all rules.
No pets allowed in the pool area.
We are following the guidelines set by the City, County, State and Federal Government.
