This home is perfect for a couple, single person, families with children over age 12, groups of friends and dogs.
We do not take children under 12 as there are 3 doors from the house that lead directly into the yard that has the pool so it poses a drowning risk for younger children.
The house is one level without stairs but because it was built in 1964 it has narrow doorways and hallway sadly making it unsuitable for wheelchair access.
Cathedral Cove is a small, peaceful, and exclusive neighborhood nestled between the mountains to the south of Highway 111. Watch the stars shine brightly, undisturbed by street lights. Shop in nearby grocery stores, with downtown Palm Springs a 15-minute drive.
From the 111 Highway turn south on Cathedral Canyon and then right on Terrace and left on Vista. 4th House up on the left. Brick mailbox.

"In addition to the noise standards identified in Chapter 11.96 of the code, no radio receiver, musical instrument, phonograph, compact disc player, loudspeaker, karaoke machine, sound amplifier, or any machine, device or equipment that produces or reproduces any sound shall be used outside or be audible from the outside of any unit used for Short Term Rental. Any machine, device or equipment that amplifies music inside and Short Term Vacation Rental shall not be heard beyond the property line of the Short Term Vacation Rental at all times." "In addition to the noise standards identified in Chapter 11.96 of the code, all use of outdoor amenities and/or outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 10pm and 8am is prohibited. We know your pets are your treasure and we welcome dogs and cats to the house so long as they are not puppies and kittens, not sick and are well behaved.
We do charge a $150 Pet Fee to cover the cost of steam cleaning all soft furnishings and rugs as we do have Guests with pet allergies.
We have a dog door to an exclosed back yard and include bowls. Please be sure to clean up after your pet. Leashes are required for walking around the area.
The swimming pool and spa are a nice swimming temperature from May until September.
From October to April you will likely want to use the gas heater to heat the water.
It takes about 12 hours to heat so we can turn it on in the morning before you arrive so its ready for you..
