This home is perfect for a couple, single person, families with children over age 12, groups of friends and dogs.
We do not take children under 12 as there are 3 doors from the house that lead directly into the yard that has the spa/pool so it poses a drowning risk for younger children.
The house is one level with an entry and exit stair but because it was built in 1972 it has narrow doorways and hallway sadly making it unsuitable for wheelchair access.
This home is located on the Palm Desert Country Club Golf Course between the 13th & 14th holes. Great for judging others putting and driving skills! The golf cart path is on the other side so it is nice and quiet where we are.
From the 10 freeway take the Cook St or Washington exits to Fred Waring. California Drive has a light on Fred Waring Drive. We are up and around the corner.

Minimum NIghts is 30 nights as dictated by the City of Palm Desert.
We know your pets are your treasure and we welcome dogs and cats to the house so long as they are not puppies and kittens, not sick and are well behaved.
We do charge a $150 Pet Fee to cover the cost pf stezm cleaning all soft furnishings and rugs as we do have Guests with pet allergies.
We have a dog door to an exclosed back yard and include bowls. Please be sure to clean up after your pet. Leashes are required for walking around the area.
The swimming pool will be put in this Summer 2020. It will be in a private courtyard and feature a tanning shelf and water feature.
There ois an over-sized spa / plunge pool off the master bedroom on the back aptio. It has great views over the golf course and is an excellent place to watch the sunset.
From October to April you will likely want to use the gas heater to heat the wagter.
It takes about 1-2 hours to heat the spa so you can turn it on just when you wish to use it. It takes about 12 hours to heat the swimming pool so we can turn it on the morning of your arrival.
Heating Pool to 80-85 degrees $50 per day for entire Stay in May, June, July, August, September and $75 per day for entire Stay for October, November, December, January, February, March, April.
Heating Spa to 95 - 104 degrees $20 for per session up tp 6 hours on request
I manage the pool and spa heating remotely.
We are following the guidelines set by the CIty, CoUnty, State and Federal Government.
We have a wonderful local friend Mark who is our host. Mark lives right there in Palm Springs so if you ever have a question or need him in a hurry you can reach him quickly.
Mark will greet you on arrival to give you a personal welcome, show you around the house, and give you the keys.
We do ask that you give us an approximate time of arrival as soon as you can so that Mark can plan his day.
If you are driving into town please give Mark your estimated time pof arrival from the Waze app as you depart then let him knwo if that time changes for any reason.
